Return & Refund Policy

Please review our policy carefully to ensure a smooth return experience. 


✅ 1. Eligibility & Timeframe 

Eligible items may be returned within  7 calendar days of delivery. 

Products must be  unused ,  unwashed , and in their  original packaging with all tags attached. 

Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required. 

 


🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items 

Embroidered and customized scrubs (marked "Final Sale") 

Items purchased as "Clearance" or marked “Final Sale” 

Products showing signs of wear, odors, or missing tags 

 


🔁 3. Exchange Policy 

First exchange (different size or product) is  free of charge . 

Subsequent size/exchanges incur a  ₹300 exchange fee (or equivalent). 

To request an exchange, email us with your order number and desired change. Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup and process your exchange. 

 


 

📦 4. Refund Process 

To request a refund, email support@casaorganix.com within 7 days of delivery. 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (within 5 business days), refunds will be processed to your original payment method. 

Refund timeframe: 5–7 business days post-inspection. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable , except for incorrect or defective items. 

 

 


 

🌍 5. International Orders 

International returns are accepted at buyer's expense unless the item is incorrect or damaged. 

We recommend using a  trackable shipping service . Casa Organix is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. 

 


 

🛍️ 6. How to Return or Exchange 

Email  support@casaorganix.com with subject line:  Return/Exchange Request – [Order #] . 

Include reason, product details, and supporting images if necessary. 

Once approved, ship the item back to our warehouse (address provided upon approval). 

Leave packaging intact for our inspection team. 

 


 

🤝 7. Defective or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a  damaged or incorrect item , contact us within  3 days of delivery. 

We will arrange  free replacement or full refund upon verification. 

Please provide a photo of the issue and order information. 

 


 

💡 8. Additional Information 

Exchanges may take up to  10 days to process from request to delivery. 

Refund credits typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days post-approval.
